We could be your neighbor.
We're homeowners just like you and we share the very same problems. Going to work, raising children, paying taxes, and dealing with home repairs are certainly nothing new to us. We're also "Master Builders" and proficient in all phases of design, development, and construction. Understanding exactly how any home was built provides us the ability to make an accurate diagnosis of construction related problems, as well as the qualifications necessary to recommend the proper solution. We never judged any book by its cover as looks are sometimes deceiving. A good example of this philosophy is witnessed by the following two photographs. While these homes look perfectly fine on the outside, major problems exist within...we'll explain a little later.

Well prior to the current public awareness of "Black Mold", we understood it was critical that building materials be kept dry and free of moisture. The common sense fact of the matter is very simple...water and building materials just do not mix! As builders we are quick to get a structure "under roof" in order to keep the elements out. During the "framing" phase of construction, we make sure all building materials stored outside are properly covered and by all means, kept from getting "wet". Once wet, these materials will begin to swell, bow, and/or separate. If not properly covered, over a period of time, decay begins to set in and the material is rendered worthless. Subsequently, builder profits are reduced as these materials must be replaced, with the cost coming directly out of the builders pocket.
During the course of the early new construction process, the builder will waterproof all below grade foundation walls on the exterior side in order to keep water from penetrating the foundation walls where it could again attack interior building materials, thus creating the very same process of decay as pointed out above. You'll never find a builder attempting to waterproof any new structure on the inside simply because it doesn't work. Beyond this, building codes require that any and all below grade new construction foundation walls be waterproofed on the outside...period! Why is this? Well, it is really quite simple...if the foundation walls are wet, building materials are in danger...and so are you, not to mention the resale value of your home! The only way to properly waterproof any home, or structure, is below grade on the exterior or "positive" side of the foundation walls!
Being a nation of entrepreneurs, a vast number of new construction exterior waterproofing products and processes have been developed and used on untold millions of homes. Regrettably, many have failed rendering the foundation walls wet and interior building materials once again threatened...or even worse, depending on the term of such water intrusion. Perhaps you are finding yourself, and your home, to be in this very position right now. That is exactly the reason we developed the exclusive "Barrier Dual Drainage Waterproofing system".
Our name is just a small part of our story. Many years ago one of our "neighbors" was experiencing foundation water intrusion problems and came to us, as builders, for a solution that would put an end to his dilemma once and for all. While we understood his problem we didn't have an adequate solution, nor did anyone else. No longer could he enjoy sleeping in on a Saturday morning and listen to the peaceful sound of rainfall. No longer could he go to work on a rainy day and not worry about the mess he would be coming home to. No longer could he take pride of ownership in his decaying, devalued home. Regretably, owners of existing homes were sadly relegated to settling for the only method available...an interior waterproofing cure. There had to be a better way as interior systems are not designed to keep the foundation walls dry! We could not accept the thought that an existing home could not be properly waterproofed on the ouside like a new home, therefore keeping the foundation walls dry, the water out, and ending the problem...FOREVER!
Now for the rest of the story. One should never judge a book by its cover. While the above pictured homes appear perfectly normal from the outside, take a look at what lurks within. Wet foundation walls and major damage.

After many years of testing we have sucessfully developed an exterior waterproofing system that works! A system which uses products that have been specially formulated and manufactured "exclusively" for the sole purpose of properly waterproofing existing homes and other structures. Our System and these state-of-the-art products are manufactured exclusively for "retrofit" waterproofing, and are installed only by our highly skilled Dealer Network of waterproofing professionals. Should the above two photographs look far too familiar, you need our help...and you need it NOW!
